GERALDINE BELLUCHE

Travel Nurse | Humanitarian Advocate | Community Organizer

Guest Intro:

Geraldine Belluche is a travel nurse and humanitarian advocate driven by a lifelong commitment to helping children and underserved communities.

Originally from Peru, Geraldine’s perspective was shaped early through firsthand experiences with poverty, resilience, and the importance of compassion. After immigrating to the United States at 19, she built a career in healthcare while continuing to carry a deeper purpose that never left her.

That purpose led her to Uganda.

What started as a personal trip turned into something much bigger. After connecting with a local mission focused on education, Geraldine became actively involved in supporting the development of Empathy High School, an initiative aimed at giving children access to education and a path out of poverty.

Her approach is simple but powerful.

Show up. Do what you can. Bring others into the mission.

In this conversation, we explore how personal experiences shape purpose, what it means to act on conviction, and how one person’s decision to help can create real impact across the world.
