Founder & CEO | Education Advocate | Community Builder

Guest Intro:

Henry Katinda is the founder and CEO of African Safaris, a travel company creating experiences across East Africa while connecting people to a deeper understanding of culture, community, and perspective. He is also the founder of the Empathy Children Initiative and the driving force behind Empathy High School in Uganda.

What started as a simple act of giving clothes to children in his village grew into a larger mission to create long-term change. Today, Henry is building a school from the ground up in a remote area where access to education is limited, combining vision, persistence, and global support to turn an idea into reality.

This conversation goes beyond business. It is about purpose, resilience, and what it means to create impact where it is needed most. From navigating challenges and doubt to leading a growing international effort, Henry shares how empathy, action, and belief can build something that lasts.
